Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Chaos to Calm Summit. I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!
The Chaos to Calm Summit is a 5-day event that will help overwhelmed moms ready to make a change in their lives find the calm and clarity they crave on a daily basis.
On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make speaking as easy as possible and answer any questions you have. If you run into a question I didn’t answer, email me at deanna@wannabeclutterfree.com.

How the Event Will Work
The Chaos to Calm Summit will run from January 13-17, 2025. Presentations will include 20-30 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
The Facebook Group is totally not required, but available for those speakers who enjoy connecting in that platform.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Calm & Clarity VIP Pass. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, bonus interviews or trainings from speakers, free access to courses, guides, and checklists, and extra giveaway entries for BINGO prizes.
This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
What I’ll Ask of You
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. PRESENTATION / INTERVIEW
Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-30 minute pre-recorded presentation or interview with me that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
If you’d like to go with the interview-style presentation, schedule a time with me to do that here. We’ll work together to come up with questions.
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

3. FREEBIE INFORMATION
All attendees will have access to a Goodie Bag filled with virtual freebies and gifts from myself and the other speakers. This is the perfect way to grow your email list and community from the summit. You are welcome to create a new freebie for the summit or use one of your favorite freebies that you already have in your business.
You'll receive a request from me for this information after you have completed your speaker information. This will be due by November 30, 2024.
3. CALM & CLARITY VIP PASS CONTRIBUTION
The Calm & Clarity VIP Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. This is a requirement to participate in the Chaos to Calm Summit (unless you do not sell products and services) as it makes the summit incredibly valuable for all who participate.
We cannot accept items you normally offer for free, percentage-off offers, or deals where an attendee gets 1 month free, but must purchase a 3 month minumum membership for instance.
Information for these resources is due by November 30, 2024. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out after you submit your speaker information to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on December 29, 2024.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on December 29, 2024.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (I will send you instructions to set up) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Calm & Clarity VIP Pass sales.

5. EVENT PARTICIPATION
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!
While it is not required, I would love if you joined me in the Facebook group from January 13-17, 2025 to chat, answer questions, and have a good time. The group will be active at the start of the promotion period so feel free to come by early and introduce yourself
Optional LIVE Speaker Panel: We will also be hosting an optional live speaker panel for any speaker who would like to participate on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10 am PST. This will be a time for Q & A and I would love for you to join me. You'll be able to indicate your interest on the speaker information form.
Affiliate Details
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the Calm & Clarity VIP Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by Feburary 28, 2025.

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link, which I will be sending you by November 30.
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
